In the heart of Saint-Affrique city, come and discover our traditionnal cooking, simple, generous, and homemade.
Capacity of 60 persons, all the staff of the Pont-Neuf welcome you for lunch and dinner with a card for lunch and a menu for dinner and one daily menu at the price of 16€ served only for lunch from monday to friday.
The Chief work with local and seasonnal products.
The restaurant is open from monday to saturday from 12 o'clock for lunch and from 7.30 pm for dinner.

• Roasted sheep camembert, from "fromagerie des Causses et d'Auvergne" roasted with local organic honey from "L'arc en miel" and rosemary. 15€
• Local plancha, salad, charcuteries from «la Fermière de Sylvanès», with local raw milk cheeses. 17€

Aveyron's traditionnal cooking
with fresh and local products
The meals are done with fresh products, for some of them from local producers. Traditionnal courses of the region like "aligot", or Aubrac meat.
You can also enjoy and taste some cheeses like Roquefort cheese. 7 caves of producers are still doing this famous cheese, we work most of the time with "le Vieux Berger" , "Roquefort Société" and " Gabriel Coulet "
A lovely wine's card is also purposed, with also a selection of local producers : "côtes de Millau", "médoc," "Gaillac"…

At the hotel-restaurant "Le Pont-Neuf", you can also organise your private events as birthday party, baptism, wedding but also your professional lunch, dinner, or workshop.
